    Your plan determines your available usage. With monthly usage enabled, supported study tools share one allowance; your subscription page shows the percentage remaining and reset date.     What are Arena and Express in Gyanis Flow?

    Arena and Express take practice beyond MCQs. Arena gives you full-length, timed mock exams and real past-year papers that mirror KCSE, KJSEA & CBC, graded by AI in minutes, and you can answer by typing, photographing your handwriting, or speaking. Express grades the long answers that carry marks: submit a photo, PDF or voice answer and get a score on content, structure, handwriting and fluency with the exact mistakes to fix. Teachers can set an Arena paper for a whole class and assign Express to a section.

    What is the Virtual Classroom in Gyanis Flow?

    Virtual Classroom lets teachers run live online classes from Flow with built-in video. It tracks attendance and supports recording and transcription when enabled for the class. Summaries and recordings are available only when generated or recorded. Teachers can share materials before, during and after class, and students join with a link. Virtual Classroom is an institution feature, so the school needs to set up teachers and sections.

    How do MindMaps help in studying?

    MindMaps give you a visual representation of topics and how concepts connect. They improve memory retention through visual learning, make whole-chapter revision faster before exams, and help you see the big picture of complex topics. You can explore auto-generated mindmaps for your syllabus or build your own.

    What is Gameplan and how does it create study schedules?

    Gameplan is our AI-powered study scheduler. You input your exam date, subjects to cover, daily study hours and any days off. The AI then creates a day-by-day study plan optimized for KCSE, KJSEA & CBC or your school timetable. It balances difficult and easy topics, includes revision time, and lets you review tasks and your progress. Available scheduling controls depend on the version enabled for your account.
