Gyanis Flow helps students understand, practice, and plan their studies through tools such as Chat, Mindmaps, Drills, Gameplan, and Pulse. It uses AI responsibly to personalize learning while protecting privacy and academic integrity.

In addition to the data described in the main Gyanis Privacy Policy, Flow may collect:

• Study Inputs: Prompts, notes, and text entered by users to generate explanations or mindmaps.
• Learning Data: Practice attempts, progress scores, completion streaks, and feedback interactions.
• Device Information: Browser type, device model, and activity timestamps for performance tracking.

• To personalize learning recommendations, generate concept maps, and track progress.
• To help students and teachers view study analytics.
• To improve the relevance and clarity of AI-generated learning content.

• No study data is shared with advertisers or external analytics tools for profiling.
• Data generated in Flow remains linked only to the user’s Gyanis account or, for school users, to the school account.
• Students can clear past sessions or delete content created in Flow through their dashboard or by contacting support@gyanis.ai.

When used through a school, Flow operates under the school’s data processing agreement. Progress summaries may be shared with teachers as defined by that agreement.

Across all Gyanis features:

• No personal information is sold or shared with advertisers.
• Student accounts require parental or school consent when applicable.
• All content generated or uploaded remains under user or school ownership, as defined in Terms of Use.
• Users may request deletion or correction of data by contacting support@gyanis.ai.
• Data security measures include encryption, access control, and continuous monitoring.

Gyanis complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and applicable UAE privacy laws.

Users have the same rights described in the main Privacy Policy: access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability.
