Gyanis Flow / Home tutors / UAE
Make the difficult idea click.
They nodded. Did it click? Turn a short request into a visual they can explore, then a question that shows what they understood.
Flow free tokens never expire. Student assignment access and paid human sessions have separate requirements.
Life has a pattern.
Two strands. Complementary bases. One remarkable structure.
Ask the learner: If one strand reads A–C–T, what pairs with it?
T–G–A. Each base pairs with its complement: A with T, C with G.
Interactive concept preview, not a live Flow response. Simplified structure; separation is illustrative, not a replication simulation.

Name the topic, level and specification. Coverage varies by subject, level and tool; check against your current syllabus.
Ask for scaffolding, differentiation, a 5E sequence or an exit ticket. Teacher chat can prepare lesson plans, worksheets and PDF, Word or presentation documents. Review content and formatting before sharing.
Start with the topic, level and learning goal.
Illustrative workflow02 / Preparation becomes progress
Same class.
Different next steps.
One learner needs another example. Another needs a challenge. Review the work, choose the right linked students and follow what comes back.
Assignments require eligible institution access and linked students. You can start preparing without a roster.
Your setup & assignment options
You can prepare teaching material without a linked class roster. In-app assignments need eligible institution access and linked students; a personal tutor account does not automatically provide these.
Prepare drills, Arena papers, Express activities, GamePlans or mind maps. Review content, recipients and the available due-date and personalisation options before assigning.
Use the practice in your tuition session and review the learner’s reasoning together. Where assignment access is enabled, track the submitted work in Flow as well.
See Flow teacher tools →Check the content and difficulty before sharing.

Don’t just describe the idea. Let them test it.
Open an example using the same simulation renderer as Flow chat. Change one variable, ask for a prediction and press Play.
Sample values, not a live generated answer. These models assume constant gravity; the projectile ignores air resistance and the pendulum uses a small-angle approximation.
More than a text reply.
Flow chat also supports worked steps, flashcards, quick quizzes, mind maps, interactive geometry and 3D molecule views. Choose the artifact that serves the concept; availability depends on the request and tool.
For teachers: ask for a lesson plan, worksheet or rubric, then review and export a teaching document. Assign supported practice only to eligible linked students.

The example stays on this page. It does not create a chat, use tokens or send student data.
Your next teaching opportunity
Someone needs the way you explain it.
Offer your subject expertise on Vibe. Set your availability. Review requests. Help a learner through the step that has them stuck.
Explore teaching on VibeExpert approval is separate from a teacher account. Bookings and earnings are not guaranteed.
Availability, session offers & payments
Approved experts can describe subjects, languages and outcomes, set time zones and time off, and review scheduled or incoming requests. Session-pass offers depend on eligibility. Review pricing, commission and payout requirements before accepting work.
School teachers should check their employer’s outside-teaching policy. A Vibe session does not automatically receive a learner’s Flow chat.
Apply with your subjects, languages and teaching experience.

Illustrative workflowPrivacy, built around the relationship
Teach the learner.
Respect their private space.
Teacher insights cover permitted academic activity from linked records. Your students’ private chat conversations are not a teacher analytics feed.
Read the privacy policy →Share the learning need.
“A learner is struggling with fractions.” You usually do not need their full name or private family details.
Choose what you share.
Teacher notes are private to the authoring teacher within the permitted student context. Opening Vibe or Aura does not automatically forward a student’s work or book a session.
Teaching in UAE: curriculum context & tool comparison
UAE classrooms follow different curricula. State the learner’s actual board, year group and teaching language, whether the lesson is in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or another emirate. Country alone does not identify a syllabus.

How does Gyanis fit alongside other teaching tools?
Lesson planning is a useful starting point. Also consider what you need after the material is ready: student practice, a human explanation or support for your own working day.
| Tool | A useful starting point | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| MagicSchool | Educator tools for planning, differentiation, assessment and communication. | Which tools, integrations and school controls are included in your plan. |
| Khan Academy / Khanmigo | Teaching resources, learner practice and teacher support within the Khan Academy ecosystem. | The subjects, teacher tools and school access available to your learners. |
| Gyanis | Flow for preparation and eligible assignments; Vibe for live subject help; Aura for scheduled wellbeing coaching. | Institution and roster access for assignments, expert approval on Vibe, and separate session costs. |
These are different starting points, not a claim that other products lack a feature. Check the current product and privacy terms before choosing.
Clear answers before you start
Questions teachers ask.
Can Flow help with lesson plans and teaching methods?
Yes. Teacher chat can help draft lesson plans, worksheets, rubrics, differentiation and quick checks. Ask for a worked example, a 5E lesson outline or exit-ticket questions in ordinary words. Review the pedagogy, accuracy and syllabus fit before using the draft. Teacher chat also supports document generation in PDF, Word and presentation formats.
Does Flow support every board and syllabus?
Flow provides curriculum context across its supported markets, but coverage varies by board, subject, level and tool. Use the available curriculum options and specify your topic or syllabus when needed. Check the current specification and textbook; do not assume that every board, exam or lesson is covered.
What is the difference between Gyanis, Flow, Vibe and Aura for teachers?
Gyanis connects the ecosystem. Flow helps with preparation, explanations, practice and eligible student assignments. Vibe connects learners with approved experts for live subject help. Aura offers scheduled wellbeing coaching, including support for teachers themselves. Each product has its own access and pricing conditions.
Do I need a long prompt to prepare a lesson?
No. Start with the topic, learner level and the task you want. For example: Explain equivalent fractions for Grade 6 with a visual example. Add the curriculum, language or a learning gap when it matters, then review and refine the response.
Can a home tutor assign work to any student?
No. In-app assignments require eligible institution access and linked students. Independent tutors can prepare explanations and practice, but should check their account’s assignment access before expecting a roster or sending work.
How should I handle student privacy?
Keep names, contact details and sensitive personal information out of lesson prompts when they are not needed. Student assignment tools use linked rosters and account permissions. Teacher notes are private to the authoring teacher within their permitted student context. Gyanis processes service data as described in its privacy policy; private does not mean that no data is stored or processed.
Can I use simulations to explain a topic?
Flow chat supports interactive learning visuals and simulations for suitable topics. Ask for the concept you want to explore, check the generated example, and use it to discuss what changes and why. Availability and results depend on the topic and tool; every request is not guaranteed to produce a simulation.
Does a teacher account automatically qualify me to teach on Vibe?
No. Vibe has a separate expert application and verification process. Check the available subjects, session terms, commission and payout requirements during onboarding. Acceptance, bookings and earnings are not guaranteed.
Can teachers use Aura themselves?
Yes. Teachers can explore scheduled wellbeing coaching for their own routines, stress and work-life boundaries. Aura provides coaching, not diagnosis, therapy or emergency care. Review the coach profile, availability and booking terms before choosing a session.
Is everything free with a Gyanis account?
No. Flow starts with a one-time allowance of free tokens that never expire, shown as free credits in the app. Eligibility and usage limits apply. Vibe expert sessions and Aura coach bookings are paid separately through Gyanis Credits (GC); Flow tokens do not pay for those sessions.
