Flow feature
Classroom: Run live online classes with automatic attendance, recording and AI summaries
Teach live. Let Flow handle the rest. Virtual Classroom runs live online classes with built-in video, automatic attendance and recording of every session. When class ends, AI summarises what was covered. Teachers can share materials before, during and after class.
Built for GCSE, A-Levels, IB & Scottish Highers students in United Kingdom.
How Classroom works
The teacher schedules a live class and shares materials before it starts. Students join with a link.
Flow runs the video, takes attendance automatically and records the session.
When class ends, AI summarises what was covered, and the recording and materials stay available afterwards.
Classroom questions
- Does Virtual Classroom take attendance?
- Yes. Attendance is automatic, every session is recorded, and AI produces a summary of what was covered when class ends.
- Do students need to install anything?
- No. Students join with a link in the browser. Flow is a Progressive Web App, so there is nothing to download.
- Who can run a Virtual Classroom?
- Teachers at an institution on Flow. Teacher and classroom features are institution features, so the school sets up teachers and sections first. Once that is done, a teacher signs in with the same Gyanis account as everywhere else.
